Tungsten Carbide Strips with Blank or Finished K10/K20 for Wear Parts
Descriptions:
Tungsten carbide strip is mainly composed of tungsten carbide and cobalt powder mixed by metallurgical methods, including powder making, ball grinding, pressing and sintering. The main alloy components are WC and Co. The contents of WC and Co in tungsten carbide strip with different uses are not consistent, and the application range is wide. Cemented carbide strip is characterized by high red hardness, good weldability, high hardness and high wear resistance. It is mainly used in the manufacturing of solid wood, density board, grey cast iron, non-ferrous materials, cold hard cast iron, hardened steel, PCB and brake materials.
Applications Recommended:
YG6X:It can be used for the steel wire, non-ferrous metal wire or rod die under the condition of less stress.
ZK30UF: Good wear resistance and toughness. Suitable for making hole-maching tools for machining chilled cast iron, refactory alloy steel, non-ferrous metal non-metal such as plastic fiber and carbon ideal substrace for coating inserts.
ZK30SF: Good wear resistance and toughness. Suitable for making milling cutter for machining chilled cast iron, refactory alloy steel, non-ferrous metal non-metal and carbon fiber, also an ideal substrace for coating inserts.
